  • 7 oz. prosciutto, sliced

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1⁄3 cup olive oil

  • 10 green olives

  • salt and pepper

  • Put tomatoes, prosciutto, cheese and olives on a plate. Serve with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Additional Tips
