Low-carb garlic fish
Grilled eggplant and bell peppers are often on the menu during my winter stays in Turkey, where vegetables are typically cooked on a coal grill in the garden in the evening.
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
black pepper , to taste

- Make the coating mix using parmesan cheese or you can use your favorite cheese.
